DUTIES: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements by ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Analyze existing business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, system design documents, and process flows to communicate requirements to development teams and other stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Communicate effectively to ensure that both sides understand each other’s needs and constraints. Analyze data to derive insights and support decision making processes (Querying databases, creating reports, and interpreting results). Assist in the implementation of changes by providing support, training, and documentation to end users. Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions. Evaluate the impact of changes on existing systems and processes. Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and ensure that solutions meet specified requirements. Participate in testing activities to validate the delivered product. Evaluate and interpret complex data and information. Apply understanding business processes to identify areas for improvement. Utilize technical tools and platforms relevant to the industry. Work with databases, data modelling, and business intelligence tools. Propose innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Utilize project management methodologies. Adapt to changes in project scope or requirements. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Work with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation evaluating and interpreting complex data and information; applying understanding of business processes to identify areas for improvement; utilizing technical tools and platforms relevant to the industry; working with databases, data modelling, and business intelligence tools; proposing innovative solutions to meet business objectives; utilizing project management methodologies; adapting to changes in project scope or requirements; working collaboratively with cross functional teams; and working with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
