A Lead System Engineer specializing in Quantum Metric Observability Tool is expected to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position involves a blend of technical acumen, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of Quantum Metric, a platform that provides real-time analytics and insights into customer experiences. The goal is to leverage this tool to enhance digital product quality, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Management:
Lead the deployment and integration of Quantum Metric into the organization’s digital platforms. This includes configuration, customization, and ensuring seamless operation across various systems.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize Quantum Metric to collect, analyze, and interpret data on user interactions and behaviors. Generate actionable insights to guide improvements in user experience and interface design.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product teams, UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts to translate insights into actionable improvements and new feature developments.
Performance Monitoring:
Enable continuous performance monitoring of digital platforms using Quantum Metric, identifying issues, and optimizing for better performance and user satisfaction.
Training and Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to team members as well as product and business teams on utilizing Quantum Metric effectively. Develop best practices and documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Leadership:
Lead a team of engineers, assigning tasks, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Vendor Relations:
Act as a point of contact for Quantum Metric. Manage the relationship, including contract management, and coordination of support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of proven experience with Quantum Metric or similar analytics tools, demonstrating a strong understanding of its capabilities and applications.
- Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for improving user experiences through technology.
Desirable Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar lead role, managing system engineering projects.
- Certifications in project management or related fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects that leveraged data analytics.

Our Lead System Engineering, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
