Xandr is looking for a Business Development Manager – Direct Advertisers to join the Southern Europe team, based in our Paris Office.


The Business Development Manager will lead our business efforts towards the main direct advertisers in France and Belgium. The person in this role will be responsible for evangelizing, closing deals and driving adoption of Xandr products. The individual will own the responsibility to analyse opportunities, initiate strategic discussions with chosen marketers and build solid relationships with the different partners.

This role is perfect for someone with great ambition, hunger for success and who is seeking an exciting role with direct and significant impact on the long-term success of the company. Excellent customer relationship skills are critical as well as a strong collaborative and teamplayer mindset.


We are seeking passionate and driven people who can foster strong client relationships and meet commercial objectives while thriving in team-oriented, fast-paced environments. They will also need to be a mastery of the digital ad technology ecosystem and industry trends.

About the Job

  • Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones to grow business partnerships with direct advertisers.
  • Attend meetings with agencies and direct advertisers (existing and new) to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations according to these opportunities and needs to later pitch them to the advertisers.
  • Leverage knowledge of Xandr’s offerings to advise clients on long-term sustainable strategies and create brand loyalty.
  • Prepare Business Reviews and development strategic plans for our clients along with consultative presentations.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Account Management Team.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and create upsell opportunities.
  • Active collaboration with Marketing & Sales Development teams to create impactful presentations and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure client success and satisfaction with Xandr products and solutions. Provide feedback to Product Teams on needs and use cases to shape the roadmap.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant job experience.
  • Sophisticated understanding of the media landscape and varying business models of buyers and publishers.
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies and advertisers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence clients and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record for prospecting and exceeding targets in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Flexibility and ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships.
