As a Manager of Billing Operations, you’ll be responsible for supervising representatives and the customer billing process to maximize its effectiveness and accuracy. You’ll oversee billing inquiries and dispute resolutions as well as play a key role in impacting customer satisfaction for global billing customers. Your supervision of billing operations will include everything from general billing operations, customer satisfaction analysis, policy compliance and systems to  methods, procedures, contract implementation and more! 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Typically supervise bargained and/or analyst level employees
•    Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
•    Demonstrate leadership by assigning work and resolving problems
•    Perform all personnel management activities for members of your team including training, performance evaluation, quality reviews, audits, attendance management, etc. 
•    Encourage professional development through job assignments and training
•    Influence decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity and pay decisions for team members 

Qualifications: 
•    Typically requires 3-5 years of telecom or supervisory and/or call center management experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook 
•    Basic knowledge of Power BI preferred
•    Typically high school diploma or GED preferred, specialized skill training or certification may be required
