developing, deploying and managing professional services in support of
Federal Government clients on a fee-for-service or billable hours basis.
plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project
requirements for several programs. Programs will be a mix of contract
types (Firm Fixed Price, T&M, etc.) Establishes and defines program
plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine
optimum program plans. Directs interdepartmental development of program
plans. Interfaces with vendors and customers and performs extensive
investigations as required. Oversees and reports performance against
plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met;
arranges modifications as required. Proficient in MS Office products
especially MS Excel.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree
in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of eight years’
experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract
interpretation budget development and administration of government
Required Clearance: Secret (Desired)
Desired: Knowledge/experience of:
• Telecommunications and Mobility Products and Solutions
• GSA schedules and IDIQs
