Program Manager within AT&T Global Pubic Sector cybersecurity practice will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. This is an exciting cybersecurity leadership position that will manage programs that deliver “state of the art” cyber solutions to Federal clients in the areas: identity and access management, advanced malware protections, security operations, big data and threat analytics, and machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The following is the role and responsibility:
  1. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  2. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement;
  3. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  4. Oversee project teams, ensuring program goals are reached;
  5. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 8+ years in a Program Management role
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, work experience with Agile and ITIL process. Experience managing engineering, project management, and operational teams.
  • Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Required Clearance:
Top Secret

Desired Education and Certification:
Master’s degree in business administration or related field; one or more of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master, Certified SCRUM Product Owner, Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Master Project Manager, ITIL Certifications, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
