The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for executing the implementation of Task Orders solutions and then program manage sustainment activities associated with this and other task orders. This position will work in coordination with the Base IDIQ Program Manager, and the other task order PM’s to ensure a unified programmatic approach.

Duties and position activities to include:
overall program management of task orders to include: program financials (e.g. budget, expenses, labor utilization management, profitability, etc.), develop and schedule management, risk management, deliverables, program and technical team engagement and tasking, coordinate and facilitate both internal (AT&T, subcontractors, etc.) and customer meetings and TEMs, and other related duties. Position will also have responsibility for ongoing IDIQ growth and development; to include task order solution development and capture management. The candidate should have relevant Govt. or industry technology and program management experience, preferably with the government customer set. 10 – 15 years of business operations & program management experience required. Knowledge of Federal Govt. procurement & contracting is required. Bachelors required, Masters or Masters Certificate desired.

The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
