The Program Manager will be responsible for executing the implementation of USG contract and then program manage sustainment activities associated with the portfolio of assigned programs and projects with the USG customer.

Duties and position activities to include:
  • Overall program management to include: program financials (e.g. budget, expenses, labor utilization management, profitability, etc.), schedule management, risk management, deliverables, program and technical team engagement and tasking, coordinate and facilitate both internal (AT&T, subcontractors, etc.) and customer meetings and TEMs, and other related duties.
  • Providing backup program / project management support to other programs as needed. This position will also have responsibility for ongoing program growth and development; to include ECP solution development and capture management.



Responsibilities and Education:
  • The Program Manager will also be responsible for organic capture activities related to strategic engagements and competitive opportunities, primarily related to their assigned project portfolio.
  • Activities to include Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) capture planning, facilitating technical approach, proposal management and the leading pre-award program management planning activities.
  • The candidate should have relevant Govt. or industry technology and program management experience, preferably with the USG customer set. 5-10 years of business operations & program management experience required.
  • Knowledge of Federal Govt. procurement & contracting is required. Bachelors required, Masters or Masters Certificate desired.
Required Experience, and Certification:
5-10 years of experience and PMP

Required Clearance:
TS SCI w/ Poly
