The Operations Manager position is in support of the Strength Maintenance Management (SMMS/RCMS) program. SMMS is a large, mature and complex suite of data intensive applications supporting the maintenance and planning of a wide variety of personnel functions for the Army National Guard. Shall manage all operations-related processes for RCMS. Responsible for the day to day operations of the RCMS system. Responsible for meeting defined performance requirements. Shall be available between the hours of 8:00 AM. to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Mon – Fri except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed.

Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related technical field.
  • Specialized experience managing large scale DoD information systems comparable in complexity to SMMS/RCMS.
  • Very good command of written and verbal English communications.

The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
