This position will be responsible for the management, administration and technical support for AT&T Government Solutions National Security/Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) Program. As a member of the NS/EP program management team, this individual will assist in managing/leading/coordinating with other partner organizations (i.e., Labs and Mobility) responsible for providing support for AT&T’s GETS/WPS wireline and wireless Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) contract. The NS/EP program management team interfaces directly with the Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ensuring that NS/EP services support the OEC in its mission to provide Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government during times of emergency.

This position is also responsible for the management of the design, development and deployment of technical solutions for the OEC in AT&Ts Next Generation Network. This work includes developing and maintaining internal and external strategic partnerships, evaluating and selecting personnel to support specific customer opportunities, simultaneously leading multiple project teams, managing offer development processes by building and maintaining technical and industry expertise to understand and identify individual customer needs. This position requires the individual possess excellent skills in customer relations and management along with a good technical knowledge of AT&T’s network. Requires strong communications skills with a focus on technical writing, presentations and briefings. Must be able to analyze, define client business problems and coordinate the implementation of a variety of services to solve customer needs. In addition, the position requires account planning, sales funnel, business case and proposal development to expand existing opportunities for AT&T's NS/EP and infrastructure protection programs. This position requires the individual possess an extensive project management background along with technical experience. Broad ranging technical knowledge of specialized services GETS and SRAS in both the TDM and VoIP networks. Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Required Skills: Bachelor of Science, 3 to 5 years in Federal Government Program management and Business Management

Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain DoD Secret

Desired: PMP Certification

You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
