AT&T has an opening for a Logistics and Property Manager (Non-Technical) to support the customer on-site in logistics, transport, and property management support as well as inventory and asset management (Property, Procuring & Maintenance).

The job duties of the Logistics and Property Manager are as follows:                                                                                                         

This Logistics and Property Manager position will serve as an individual contributor and provide "cradle to grave" management of the program's procurement, accountable assets, transportation logistics, and vendor maintenance agreements, processes, procedures and associated documentation and deliverables. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking shipments, receiving/transporting hardware, and inventory control & management
  • Coordinating delivery of shipments to various customer and other destinations within the Washington DC Metro Area (WMA)
  • Ongoing tracking and management of the program's contractor acquired property (CAP) and govt. furnished equipment (GFE)
  • Arranging for property turn in (PTI) when required and the tracking and renewal of applicable hardware & software maintenance agreements
  • This position requires direct customer interface (full time in person and onsite) 
  • Will work directly with Property managers and other contract personnel (engineers) as required to validate asset and inventory
  • Will participate in and coordinate with the staff for all audits related to CAP/GFE and accountable property
  • The candidate will ensure that the program follows all FAR guidelines and directives regarding property management
  • Will be responsible for ensuring that all reports due to the customer regarding the program's accountable property comply and submitted on-time
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the execution of AT&T's objectives on this and other programs

Required Clearance:

TS/CI with poly. Must be a US citizen and have an appropriate USG SECURITY CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET/SCI prior to applying.  (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

Applicants should have five (5) or more years of logistics and asset and procurement experience within the USG sector.  Excellent verbal & written communications skills and organization skills are required.  Experience interfacing with multiple vendors to process critical customer transport, excellent computer (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access) and office management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, a team-work oriented approach to responsibilities and a consistently excellent attendance record.
