AT&T has an opening for a Communications Specialist - The Communications Specialist reports to and supports the Communications and Collaboration Director to execute the Broadside Program Communications strategy and plan. The CS will directly manage the placement of content and the mechanical aspects of all delivery platforms. These will include emails, in-person events and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence and ServiceNow. This position will also support the capturing of issues, concerns and actions coming from various channels from program associates, customers and other IT providers within the Transformers ecosystem. This will include producing notes and minutes from meetings or other events and electronic inquiries as well as the programs Weekly Activities Report (WAR).

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: The Communications Specialist will have minimum of Five (5) years of experience with an associate or bachelor’s degree. Work experience must be in knowledge management or learning development. In addition, must have excellent facilitation, program/activity management, and written and oral communication skills. Media experience with SharePoint and/or Confluence platforms is necessary. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Required Clearance:
Candidate must have a TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph)

The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
