Description

Manages the development, marketing and sale of a product, or set of products, throughout the product life cycle. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design. Analysis customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality. Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services. Partners with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. Creates product roadmap and project plan. May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Assigned moderately complex products or product lines.

The External supply team is responsible for health of the Xandr Invest DSP supply. The role of Supply Product Manager role will be accountable for making sure that the buyers using our platform have access to the best publishers on the web. This role’s responsibilities will include monitoring supply to better understand demand dynamics along with developing tools that will enable the business to effectively operate auctions at scale. This role will also be partnering with internal stakeholders, marketers, and agencies to develop and scale new buying motions for media buyers using Xandr Invest.


Qualifications

- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
- 4-6 Years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Experience with Agency Buying Tools
- Understanding of online media buying strategies
- College Degree preferred
- SQL preferred

Cons

People are laid back and don't take initiative to do something new or optimize existing stuff. It's not primarily engineering company so if you know how to talk, you will go far longer in career.
