Sr. Manager - Addressable Projects and Implementation

New York, New York



The Sr. Manager – Addressable Projects and Implementation roles will have project management responsibility on new system, process, and product implementations related to Addressable TV. As such this role seeks a compromise between:

1 - Maximizing operational efficiency cross-functionally (Planning, Inventory, Analytics, Billing, Traffic, Reporting, Expenses)
2 - Achieving forward progress of project milestones and Xandr Media revenue goals

Principal Responsibilities:

• 50% - Per assigned Addressable project act as Project Manager or Project

o as Project Manager (minor projects, including major support issues, or mostly

contained within Ad Sales Planning & System Ops & Traffic organizations)
Overall responsibility for project progress/completion
Maintain project plan (key steps, milestones, assignments, dates)
Facilitate periodic project status meetings for all project members as needed
Periodic status reporting on project health to project members and

management as needed
o as Project Liaison (larger scale projects across multiple Xandr Media groups

or AT&T in general)
Participation and consultation on behalf of Xandr Media Planning & Ops
Assume responsibility for any Ad Ops action items related to project
Maintain awareness and report on project milestones, dates, and health
Escalate blocker items as necessary
Periodic status reporting on project health to project members and

management as needed

• 25% - Responsible for creation and maintenance of Ad Operations workflows

tied to newly implemented Addressable ad products and/or projects:
o Workflows depict high level activities of cross functional teams (Planning,

Inventory, Analytics, Billing, Traffic, Reporting, Expenses)
o Workflows depict system usage for various activities

• 25% - Assist Ad Ops Support teams in resolving user/data issues as needed

and per request
o Insist upon and conduct UAT as it pertains to new ad products and projects


Accreditation, Certification, or Licenses

• Project management certification a plus
• 5+ years experience in advertising/media sales
• Familiarity with agile development process a plus

Training and Special Skills

• Ad Sales system knowledge a plus (DMD, OperativeOne, WideOrbit, Sales Force)
