The Xandr Business Intelligence team is responsible for developing new and innovative data analytics and insights that accelerate decision making regarding monetization opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge with the latest in media and advertising research, specifically within the digital video ecosystem. He or she will have hands on experience with presentation development, coordination across various functional teams, ability to interface with both strategic and technical partners and demonstrate passion for the evolving advertising landscape.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide insights and measurement expertise for teams in Sales, Marketing,
Planning, Operations and company-wide leadership teams
• Assist and take lead on fulfilling RFPs using 3rd party data sources
exemplifying creativity and efficiency
• Analyze mid/post campaign results and develop in to client facing presentations
• Use and vet TV, Digital, and Set-Top Box data syndicated research tools
• Partner with Product, Ad Ops and Business Development teams, as well as 3rd
party vendors, to ensure potential solutions are executed properly and
efficiently
• Collaborate with teams across the company to generate insight and inform
decisions
• Deliver analyses of cross-platform performance and audience trends to
leadership and business units to drive core business decisions and advertising
product development


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or

related discipline
• 1-3 years relevant experience in digital media, (focus on video in the

MVPD/vMVPD space is a plus), analytics, campaign reporting, ad ops, or

media planning
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, thorough, decisive, and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
• Experience with digital content and video tagging from a technical and reporting

standpoint
• Understanding and knowledge of direct and programmatic ad buying and

selling
• Experience preferred in the following platforms: Nielsen, Comscore, Google

Analytics, Freewheel, MRI and Kantar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be comfortable

working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate

multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making
• Have the drive and curiosity to drive success for the Business Intelligence team

and overall company

Good experience overall. Colleagues were very helpful. Atmosphere was chilled out and there was no rush to complete the project. Was given ample amount of time to understand the project and contribute.

Cons

People are laid back and don't take initiative to do something new or optimize existing stuff. It's not primarily engineering company so if you know how to talk, you will go far longer in career.
