Manager, Digital Sales Systems and Products

As a Manager, Digital Products and Data Taxonomy, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering system solutions to Xandr Media Sales and Operations. You will be responsible for everything from requirements gathering, testing, training and most importantly, post deployment support. You will work closely with the Advertising Technology Team, external vendors, and other internal groups to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining a growing product catalog and providing top tier support to our sales teams.

• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business
• Perform business analysis, develop user stories, document As-Is and To-Be
processes/workflows, identify automation opportunities and requirements
• Work closely with the business to manage user expectations, understand &
prioritize business requirements, conduct user training, perform system demos,
and create documentation
• Assist with the deployment and communication around product releases
• Maintain data integrity and data taxonomy in systems
• Understand reporting needs of the business and how data taxonomies
contribute to reporting
• Intermediate knowledge of sales systems architecture, Ad Servers –
Specifically Freewheel
• Assist with coordination of all aspects of testing: conduct functional tests,
performance test and user acceptance testing
• Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, user
acceptance testing, and end user training
• Create new digital products in order management system and maintain digital
product catalog
• Provide on-site support ensuring stability of existing products and successful
implementation and adoption of technology solutions
• Occasional off-hours support may be necessary to address outages or
pressing system issues


Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 4 years of hands on experience with various Digital systems/vendors
such as: Operative.One, DealMaker Digital, Zuora, STAQ, FreeWheel,
AppNexus, MOAT, comScore, Nielsen, Zendesk
• 1+ years’ experience with business analysis & requirements gathering, writing
and managing use cases and functional/technical requirements creation
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced,
deadline driven environment
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients,
their business needs, and technologies
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and
interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
Project, and Visio

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience in US Media & Entertainment environment preferred, specifically
with Sales, Finance or Operations functions
• Experience with custom and vendor managed solutions;
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical applications
• Integration (ETL & Data) and Data Management Experience
• Excellent communication, presentation & analysis skills with solid business
• Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage own work as well as track
the activities of others
• Ability to manage through competing/conflicting requests and obtain
• Ability to overcome obstacles and develop resolutions to complex problems

Good experience overall. Colleagues were very helpful. Atmosphere was chilled out and there was no rush to complete the project. Was given ample amount of time to understand the project and contribute.


People are laid back and don't take initiative to do something new or optimize existing stuff. It's not primarily engineering company so if you know how to talk, you will go far longer in career.
