Description

Xandr seeks a Commercial Ops Manager to join the Commercial Enablement team. The team member will support tracking of financials, KPI metrics and assist with process improvement for the Go-to-Market organization comprised of Sales and Marketing. This includes developing automated dashboards and data visualization to monitor results, day-to-day budget management and assisting with process improvement. We are looking for someone who thrives when faced with intricate challenges, moves quickly, and thinks holistically.

About the job:

• Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to align on key
performance indicators and develop automated dashboards that track
performance
• Maintain and update dashboards and ensure data is flowing accurately and
updated
• Conduct due diligence on existing processes and documentation in partnership
with teams and work to develop and document processes for the organization
• Support in the development of the overall budget request & monthly read out
process on pacing for both leadership and working teams. Will partner with
working teams to get insights and explains on pacing/results
• Support in developing incremental budget request process and prepare
summaries for leadership team for approvals. Act as support for forecasting
process (rev and expenses)
• Facilitate day-to-day budget management via partnering with teams for invoice
approvals and proper coding

Qualifications

About your skills:

• Degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study is preferred
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial tracking and data
visualization
• Analytical in nature, able to distill raw data into data visualizations to
communicate results and forecasts
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and pivot to accommodate rapidly evolving
industry dynamics and company objectives
• Expertise with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool such as Tableau,
Microstrategy, etc.)
• Expertise or familiarity with salesforce, Marketo (marketing automation tool)
and/or smartsheet as these will be the primary source of data

Good experience overall. Colleagues were very helpful. Atmosphere was chilled out and there was no rush to complete the project. Was given ample amount of time to understand the project and contribute.

Cons

People are laid back and don't take initiative to do something new or optimize existing stuff. It's not primarily engineering company so if you know how to talk, you will go far longer in career.
