DescriptionXandr seeks a Commercial Ops Manager to join the Commercial Enablement team. The team member will support tracking of financials, KPI metrics and assist with process improvement for the Go-to-Market organization comprised of Sales and Marketing. This includes developing automated dashboards and data visualization to monitor results, day-to-day budget management and assisting with process improvement. We are looking for someone who thrives when faced with intricate challenges, moves quickly, and thinks holistically.

QualificationsAbout your skills:
• Degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study is preferred
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial tracking and data
communicate results and forecasts
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and pivot to accommodate rapidly evolving
industry dynamics and company objectives
• Expertise with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool such as Tableau,
• Expertise or familiarity with salesforce, Marketo (marketing automation tool)
and/or smartsheet as these will be the primary source of data
