Senior Manager of M&A Strategy
The Corporate Strategy team for AT&T Advertising & Analytics is responsible for developing the overall go-to-market strategy, including existing businesses and emerging businesses. Corporate Strategy will also drive strategy as it relates to M&A activity, including leading all merger integration activity as applicable. The Senior Manager of M&A Strategy will work with the Director of Integration Strategy and collaborate with teams across all AT&T Advertising and Analytics, AT&T Inc and any acquisition teams. The position will be in our New York City location.
Successful candidates have broad functional knowledge of the media and ad tech landscapes and can see the big picture while juggling a myriad of details. This is a fun, high-energy job.
The ideal candidate should have some finance and/or corporate development experience, be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and strong communication skills. The optimal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates the ability to coordinate across various functional teams and a passion for the evolving advertising landscape. The Senior Manager of M&A Strategy will be responsible for:
Understanding the competitive landscape and overall Advertising marketplace dynamics
Working closely with the Director of Integration Strategy on all M&A related activities, including but not limited to financial analysis of potential targets, integration activities related to in-flight acquisitions and creating executive-level diligence analyses
Creating presentation materials for executive management reviews, including but not limited to Board of Director and C-suite presentations
Demonstrating confidence and poise in presenting analyses and recommendations to senior management
The successful candidate will have the following:
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Strategy related discipline
2-4 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and cross-team collaboration capability
