Revolutionize Business in our Digital Team

Transform how employees and customers connect

Our organization supports the integrated planning of  both the Mobility and Fiber networks, helping to build the communications networks of the future by creating and driving industry leading innovations and by tackling some of the world’s biggest and richest datasets. The challenges that we address inspire exciting technical opportunities in forecasting, AI, machine learning, data science, predictive analytics and modeling, and agile development of analytic solutions.

Using Big Data analytics, we develop new methods for analyzing massive data sets to learn about our network and our customers, and to improve services and operations.

We are looking for you, if

  • You are a strong data scientist with a passion for digging into large data sets and extracting knowledge through data analysis, management, and visualization
  • You would like to work on problems that cut across all aspects of AT&T's business: network and service management, customer and business analytics, network design and optimization, and new service creation
  • You can provide end-to-end predictive and analytical solutions for non-standard problems even when the problem is not well defined
  • Your solutions involve developing and integrating novel statistical methods and algorithms and then presenting them to clients using R/Python in the AT&T open source collaborative environment RCloud (
  • You desire to join an amazing team of professionals helping AT&T solve real world problems through statistical/machine learning analytics of massive data sets

If selected, you will have opportunities
