As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, you’ll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. Providing top-notch customer service with empathy and innovative solutions is what will deliver the answers our customers need – while also delivering a best-in-class experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting customers with billing issues, technical questions, or just providing general help regarding their service. You’ll accomplish all of this using various tools and systems, as well as through your research savvy and resolution skills.

As a Representative in a Loyalty Call Center, you’ll use an empathetic ear to deliver strong conflict resolution and relationship building skills to retain our valued customers. You will use your talents to offer customized solutions and transform a frustrated exchange to a best-in-class customer experience.

As a Representative in a Sales Call Center, you’ll take the lead at the front-line of our company by identifying sales opportunities and offering customized solutions – all while providing excellent service for millions of customers. Your expert recommendations will ensure customers get the most out of the technology they love.

As a Representative in a Technology Support Call Center, you’ll know your way around the technical landscape. Get ready to deliver best-in-class service while helping customers get the most out of the technology they love. A positive attitude and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technology will prepare you to provide innovative solutions to meet customer’s needs.

Customer Service Representative

Missoula, Montana

Start with the Paycheck:The Customer Care Associate starting wages are between $15.42 - $18.00 per hour. Customer Care Associates will receive an increase every 6 months of active service until you reach the top pay of $19.73 per hour.

Currently, employees are eligible for 50% off of their AT&T wireless service and discounts on other AT&T products and services (i.e. DIRECTV, WIFI, etc..).

On-site amenities include a Gym (complete with locker rooms and showers),Video Game Room, Pool Tables, Shuffle Board, TVs, Relaxing Atmosphere (including a fireplace), On Site Cafeteria, Walking and Bike Paths and a Folf Course.

A Customer Care Associate will:
· Answer inbound call from customers with billing issues, technical issues or general questions regarding service.
· Assist with customers questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the Company through research and resolution using various tools and systems.
· May help collect past due balances or take payments from customers
· Maintain appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

General Duties:
The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally required include but are not limited to the following:
· Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and reports problem areas.
Utilizes various systems and tools to initiate to assist and service customers.

· Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
·Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
Administer system functions on all opening, closing, and balancing procedures to according to finance guidelines.

· May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
· Solid problem-solving skills for the purpose of determining and solving customer billing issues.
· Strong verbal skills and phone skills for the purpose of gathering data for problem-solving and for communicating results to customers.

    • AT&T and TPG signed an agreement to form a new entity, DIRECTV, which will own and operate AT&T’s U.S. video unit consisting of DIRECTV (consumer and business satellite services), AT&T TV and U-verse TV (excluding U-verse network assets). When the transaction closes, the job you are applying for will become part of the New DIRECTV.  Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021.  Until closing, this role will be a part of AT&T’s U.S. video unit. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Employee may be required to sit for long periods of time on the phone while using computers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred

TESTS:
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessments or tests associated with the position.
