Works with the sales team and various other internal or external suppliers or vendors during the end-to-end process starting with RFP's through bid creation to post-sales support in execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the Sales organization. Assists Sales department in providing product information. Compiles and interprets data and generates reports, which monitor sales and related activities, forecasts business, provides sales business status, and communicates pricing data. Resolves issues and provides information to sales force, distributors, customers, and/or customer service personnel. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Assists Sales and Marketing Management in coordination of trade shows and sales meetings. Transitions and ensures resolution of technology or product issues on behalf of customers through internal or external technical resources. Officers and Executives in this family may manage strategic sales support functions or lead the sales environment
