Operations Manager

Mexico City, Mexico City, Mexico

Provide oversight and direction to employees in specific work function group. Responsible for direct results of the team while working closely with Principal, Project Management manager to ensure deliverables and overall timelines are aligned.
Sets goals and action plans for own work group; ensures alignment with next level goals. Typical timeframe for goals is less than one year. Ensures work is prioritized consistently with work group and organization goals and objectives. Identifies resource requirements.
Advanced English is a must. Please apply using an English resume. Position is based at Tecnoparque.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe •Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise •Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance •Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

•Strong leadership and personnel management skills •Analytical skills with detail orientation •Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships •Ignite innovation and change •Inspire high performance •Problem Management Process •Statistical Analysis and Measurement •Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems

Education and Qualifications:

- 5 years of financial experience - Previous Management Experience - Bachelor Degree - Advanced English Required

Requirements for internal candidates: • BPS results for the past 6 months • Perfect Attendance • Show commitment to Compliance: i.e. SPFT / Completed Audits / Audits compliance • No ”Limited” Rate on the last Appraisal results • No COBC / Integrity issues in the last 12 months • At least 6 months in current position • Not to be currently applying for any other position
