Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement statistical models and interactive tools for analysis of client’s business Challenges and develop processes to acquire data from various input points. Participate in client engagements in enhancing current statistical models and develop new models for business needs. Implement data analysis techniques. Perform analysis utilizing Base SAS, SAS/Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, R, MS Office, MS Project, and SQL. Consult with cross-functional teams on matters relating to statistics, knowledge discovery, data modeling, and analytics. Perform networking and research of business unit functions and underlying processes, identify corporate data sources and uses for data, and translate results into meaningful financial impacts and operational recommendations.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience implementing predictive modeling, multivariate analysis, logistic and other regression analysis, clustering and segmentation analysis, research design, association rules, decision trees, time series analysis, survival analysis, forecasting, and visualization techniques; implementing statistical models and interactive tools for analysis of client’s business challenges and developing processes to acquire data from various input points; participating in client engagements in enhancing current statistical models and developing new models for business needs; implementing data analysis techniques; and performing analysis utilizing Base SAS, SAS/Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, R, MS Office, MS Project, and SQL.
Education and Qualifications:
Data Science or Industrial Engineering. Preferred: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics,
Job Offer will be determined according to each candidate´s experience, tenure and skills. It may be different from current employees occupying same position. Requirements for internal candidates: • BPS results for the past 6 months • Perfect Attendance • Show commitment to Compliance: i.e. SPFT / Completed Audits / Audits compliance • No ”Limited” Rate on the last Appraisal results • No COBC / Integrity issues in the last 12 months • At least 6 months in current position • Not to be currently applying for any other position
