As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will guide AT&T towards innovation in the workplace in the future! In one of the most advanced Contact Centers in the world, located within Parque Toreo, you will find an open space that enables collaboration. As well as digital screens, 55” televisions and screens that provide innovative training for AT&T products. This is your opportunity to be part of one of the most innovative and advanced spaces in the field of customer service. Our Agents are the front line of our company, offering solutions, identifying opportunities and serving millions of customers, one at a time. As an advisor, you will be an important part of shaping the experience of our clients. From selling, and increasing sales of AT&T products and services, negotiating account statements and answering questions, to seeking every opportunity to provide assistance in a single interaction. We will count on you to bring to each client the highest quality of service, courtesy and professionalism, while connecting each of them with the latest technology. We will also rely on your skills to: • Meet the needs of our customers through the recommendation and sale of AT&T products and services, putting your interpersonal skills into action. • Assist our clients in matters ranging from products and services to billing, orders and complaints. • Talk to our customers by phone and at the same time update your accounts on our online system. • Provide excellent customer service, using the tools and technology we have • Develop your knowledge about AT&T services and practices while training your partners. • Advance your skills by attending one or more of the various customer service contact lines.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Fully Bilingual English and Spanish (Advanced for both) • Advanced Computer Skills, MS Office tools • Customer Service Skills, Passion for solving customers problems and providing with the best of care. • High Interest in Personal Interaction, efficient and focused. • Passionate about technology and the ability to adapt to change and learn new products and information of the company. • Fast pace learner, that is able to keep a positive energy , able to adapt to various responsibilities, schedules, and environments.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School not completed: Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service (face to face) or (call center) • College Degree or High School Degree no customer service experience required

Additional Information:

$13,129 - 15,000 MXN Monthly base salary (40 hrs. Weekly) Benefit Package: • 3 Personal Days, aside from your vacation days • Grocery Tickets ($1,237.04 Every 14 days) • restaurant Tickets ($989.66 Every 14 days) • Life Insurance • 50% off 5 lines with AT&T under your name
