AT&T has an opening for a Systems Administrator to support the Program Management Office in providing executive reporting across network functions.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Data analytics, Excel, SQL. Respond to requests/questions, perform analytic investigation.
  • Perform data analytics in excel and other data analytic tools, answer questions and present information in charts and graphs to convey meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and SQL to mine and interpret data with attention to trends and patterns to provide diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
  • Perform analytic investigation to provide organizational impacts, identify process improvements, and recommend modifications.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products to prepare reports for executive leadership to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Possess knowledge and skills of SQL, MS Excel and data visualization software such as ServiceNow and Tableau to help gather, measure, organize and analyze data.
  • Effectively collaboration with organizational teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
  • ServiceNow Administration, Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • Responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  • Duties include supporting and maintaining, work with functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow, and coordinate support and development efforts.
  • Responsible for developing ServiceNow training plans for end-users and customizing the platform to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow functional teams to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes from the customer.
  • Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and improving ServiceNow core and custom applications and work directly with end-users to resolve support issues.
  • Monitor ServiceNow’s health, usage, and compliance, as well as develop system integrations and process automation.
  • Create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, etc.
  • The candidate will guide development of ServiceNow modules to help leaders measure project success by capturing data related to cost, schedule, quality, and effectiveness.

Required Clearance:  TS/SCI with polygraph. (#polygraph)        

Required Qualifications/Certifications:  Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Candidate should have 5-7 years of IT Operations experience and 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives. Must have experience with MS Excel, SQL, MS Products.
