This is a technical role to join the AT&T Consulting Network Practices team.  In this role, candidates will provide presales of Consulting services as well as billable support (in and advisory role) for actual project delivery.  Experience selling Consulting or professional services and expertise in crafting proposals (Statements of Work, RFP responses, Level of Effort estimation) and pricing is required.  Candidates must also understand methodologies for network optimization and transformation approaches and can translate customer requirements into descriptions of work.  
The following are considered key areas where resources will spend most of their time. 
•    Sales Support - Support AT&T Consulting direct sales opportunities for the Network Consulting portfolio, including Network strategy, assessments, deployment and optimization engagements.  Lead sales opportunities and client presentations.
•    Support executive sales interactions.
•    Personally drive $2-3M of Consulting sales annually.
•    Proposal Development – Develop resourcing model, timelines and costs of engagements. 
•    Develop Statement of Work (SOW) and RFI/RFP development. 
•    Present proposals to customers.
Service Development – Support the development of new AT&T Consulting network services in alignment with market need, incremental delivery readiness, and AT&T product house imperatives (SDN is an example).  Develop and optimize these and other AT&T Consulting offerings over time.  Work in close partnerships with other Consulting practice areas including to incorporate bundled services.

Knowledge Management - Support development of standardized templates and Knowledge Management artifacts to improve field self-sufficiency.  Develop and improve tools and templates for consistent pricing / costing on complex bids.  Develop transition and transformation frameworks to enhance standardized approaches for complex and custom deals.  Support internal training efforts.

Billing - Support engagement management activities and billing on projects.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in Network transformation in a large-scale production environment, specifically around WAN technologies and architecture as a part of their career progression.  
NGEN WAN skills including SD-WAN are highly desired.
