The Job

The Publisher Operations Team’s mission is to support Xandr Monetize Publishers in conjunction with the Technical Account Managers in an operational and troubleshooting capacity.

This high-performing team is at the forefront of driving private marketplace deals effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of seller and buyer satisfaction.

This role is strongly customer service oriented with a focus on executing and troubleshooting existing private marketplace (PMP) deals between seller and buyers, as well onboarding and managing new PMP deals.  This role will proactively monitor performance trends on assigned accounts and partner closely with our Commercial or Technical Account Managers counterparts, as well as provide Xandr product training as needed on a project basis.

You Will

  • Work across the Xandr product suite to create, manage, monitor, & troubleshoot private marketplace deals (PMP);
  • Traffic publisher PMP deals and assist with deal troubleshooting
  • Partner with Technical Managers, Commercial and Supply Ops in collectively delivering world class customer service to our Monetize publishers
  • Establish and manage deal monitoring reports and dashboards
  • Influence platform performance by proactive monitoring;
  • Work with Scaled Services team as needed for bulk updates processing;
  • Provide Publisher clients with training as needed.

You Have

  • 1-2 years of experience with ad operations work in ad tech or media company preferred
  • MUST love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
  • Experience delighting customers
  • Team player and “can do” attitude
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional client communication, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
  • Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to do list
  • Strong interest in learning data querying languages and technologies such SQL and Python
