The Xandr Solutions Consultant is responsible for engaging with clients to drive the development and execution of projects that will enable our customers to be remarkably successful at running their business on our enterprise software platform. This entails architecting solutions, project managing implementations and using technical knowledge to consult with customers. Enabling them to achieve their objectives and capitalize on the vast new possibilities created by real-time bidding.

Real-time advertising can fundamentally transform our clients’ businesses, and we bring it to life for them.

About the job: 

  •  Become a product and domain expert for Xandr’s publisher solutions, and share that expertise with customers
  • Deeply understand our customers’ business so that you can help them leverage the possibilities offered by the Xandr platform and navigate the changing digital ecosystem
  • Work closely with our Commercial Partners to support existing business and help customers create new businesses on the Xandr platform
  • Own the technical relationships with some of our largest Publisher Ad Server clients: design new solutions and maximise existing solutions using the Xandr Ad Server, SSP, APIs and your knowledge of the advertising ecosystem
  • As a senior member of the team you will be expected to share client business and market insights with our product team, so we can develop the best Publisher Ad Server in market 
  • As a senior member of the team you will be expected to help build our services practice and mentor junior members of the team.

About your skills and experience:  

  • 5-8 years of work experience in a technical consultancy role Passionate about working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial
  • Understanding of internet technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols. Understanding of APIs and how they can be used in software applications
  • Ability to travel (dependent on Covid restrictions being lifted)
  • Beneficial skills (if you don't have all of them, you can learn them at Xandr!):
  • A quantitative degree
  • Experience in the digital landscape, preferable having worked at or with publishers in some capacity
  • Tangible experience of internet technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols, you have built or know how to troubleshoot web pages
  • SQL scripting and relational databases or have experience with data analytics using a language like Python
  • Interest in learning about Mobile SDKs or have some experience troubleshooting mobile applications
