Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a tester to support the IC community.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:   

  • Leads a small team.
  • Provides leadership and mentorship to junior member of the team.
  • Develops and maintains the test plan and associated test procedures for over 20 web based user facing services.
  • Analyzes requirements documented in a JIRA ticketing system.
  • Interacts with developers in person, via JIRA tickets, and/or email so as to maximize efficiency while minimizing interruption of the developer’s ongoing work.
  • Uses ServiceNow for user-facing trouble tickets.
  • Uses JMeter for applications load testing.
  • Possesses effective verbal and writing skills for communicating test results clearly, objectively, and yet tactfully.
  • Tests complex applications exercising tenacity and patience while working collaboratively with development staff to find answers to issues and/or clarify requirements in order to achieve successful deployment of quality applications. 
  • Performs manual testing, and builds on or acquires knowledge of automated test tools for software applications testing.
  • Uses the following tools to evaluate services for compliance to the “Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508”: Job Access With Speech (JAWS), NoCoffee, Site Improve, AXE, and WAVE.
  • Works well both individually and in a small team environment.

Required Clearance:  TS/SCI with polygraph. (#polygraph)        

Required Qualifications:  Five (5) years experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

One of the following technical certifications or equivalent* is required:

  • 1. Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE
  • 2. DAWIA - SPRDE - Level 2 3. DAWIA - Test and Evaluation - Level 2 *Level 2 TE Certification Equivalency – Two (2) years of additional TE experience and evidence within the past two (2) years of completed T&E training/coursework – to include training/coursework obtained through corporate sponsorship, the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA), and/or the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
