As a Customer Care Manager, you’ll lead a team of Technical Customer Care Agents in our expanding Call Center in Kosice. The agents represent the voice for the millions of customers using our services – a premiere bundle of advanced TV services, high speed internet and digital home phone.

To qualify, you will need to be fluent in English (B2-C1 level) and have the flexibility to work in a 21/7 environment to serve our global customer base. You should bring not only your ability to lead and motivate people but also your positive attitude against new challenges.
- Experience in managing/mentoring a team in a call center environment (2+ years)

Salary from 2330 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
Working hours: Mon-Sun, 8-hour shifts, covering 11AM to 8AM
