As a Customer Care Manager, you’ll lead a team of Technical Customer Care Agents in our expanding Call Center in Kosice. The agents represent the voice for the millions of customers using our services – a premiere bundle of advanced TV services, high speed internet and digital home phone.

You’ll play the vital role in shaping the customer experience and team spirit.

To qualify, you will need to be fluent in English (B2-C1 level) and have the flexibility to work in a 21/7 environment to serve our global customer base. You should bring not only your ability to lead and motivate people but also your positive attitude against new challenges.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in managing/mentoring a team in a call center environment (2+ years)
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Lead by example attitude
  • Flexibility in management styles
  • Customer-centric strategy
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in shifts

Salary from 2330 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.

Working hours: Mon-Sun, 8-hour shifts, covering 11AM to 8AM

**Slovakia Covid -19 Travel Restrictions: At the current time we’re only accepting applications from candidates who either reside in Slovakia with the lawful right to live and work there or are the EU citizens.
