Job Overview

This job is reports to our 4001 Richard Joseph Blvd. Joplin, MO 64804 location. If considered, you must be able to report to this location.

$3,000 Progressive Sign On Bonus.  Sign On Bonus details: $750 after 30 days, $750 after 60 days, $750 after 90 days and $750 after 120 days.

Answer your calling and take the lead at our company. As a member of our Call Center team, you’ll work at the center of the action and redefine how our customers engage with the latest product offerings, media and entertainment. As Business Customer Service Specialist, you’ll identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to customers. Success in this role will require a motivated, competitive mindset as you’ll consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives. You’ll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive and sales driven. With each inbound call, you’ll work to cultivate a positive customer relationship; utilizing proven sales and saves techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products. You may interact with frustrated customers and be tasked with lowering their resistance and even saving customers that are calling to disconnect their services.

You may also be required to:

  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not limited to: voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.
  • Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software & applications. Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues.
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters.

We prefer that you have:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
  • Familiarity with Windows computers
  • An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance from Monday – Friday (no weekends)

Our Business Client Service Specialists earn $17.71 per hour + additional compensation up to $3,000 monthly if all sales goals and performance expectations are met. With these great opportunities, our top sellers earn $72,842 per year.
