As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, you’ll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. Providing top-notch customer service with empathy and innovative solutions is what will deliver the answers our customers need – while also delivering a best-in-class experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting customers with billing issues, technical questions, or just providing general help regarding their service. As a Representative in a Technology Support Call Center, you’ll know your way around the technical landscape. This position offers a $3,000.00 sign on bonus paid out as follows: first $750 payment 30 days after hire date, second $750 payment 60 days after hire date, third $750 payment 90 days after hire date and the fourth $750 payment 120 days after hire date. Candidate must apply and be hired for a class beginning May 2, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The bonus program has an end date of 12/31/22.
This is not a remote position, and does require that you reside in or near Joplin to commute daily to the center.

As Business Customer Service Specialist, you’ll identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to customers. Success in this role will require a motivated, competitive mindset as you’ll consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives. You’ll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive and sales driven. With each inbound call, you’ll work to cultivate a positive customer relationship; utilizing proven sales and saves techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products. You may interact with frustrated customers and be tasked with lowering their resistance and even saving customers that are calling to disconnect their services.
