We’re building a big-data SW intelligence platform that turns data generated throughout the SW development lifecycle (code, user stories, pipelines, scanning tools) into insights and optimization tools to help 1000+ R&D teams in AT&T continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use.
We are seeking a tech-savvy Data Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of a data product that collects information from various developer tools, models it, and exposes insights at the organizational level. You will need to be skilled in API integrations, data research, insight generation, opportunity identification, and data visualization tailored to different personas.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, goals, and success metrics for the data product.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing strategic business needs.
Integrate various developer tools using API connections to collect and aggregate data for analysis.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to create data models that generate insights for the organization.
Analyze and research data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive business growth and improvements.
Create engaging and impactful data visualizations tailored to different personas within the organization, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the data product, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements or new features.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by championing the use of data and analytics in decision-making processes.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

As a Data Product Manager for Developer Tools Insights, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our data-driven initiatives and helping our organization make informed decisions based on insights from our developer tools ecosystem. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Product Manager or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.
Technical expertise in API integrations, data modeling, and database management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
A strong desire to drive innovation and change within the organization.
