Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2/3 support day to day operational incidents of SDWAN products and Transport issues. • Diagnose incidents by examining network infrastructure and apply skills to determine the root cause. • Owns and resolve escalated operational issues in stipulated SLAs. • Configure and troubleshooting foundational data and control Policies, Application Profiles in SD-WAN products. • Responsible for preparing DLP and maintain documentation on SharePoint portal. • Provides timely updates to customers/team members. • Work with Incident Management team to resolve P1 and P2 issues. • Provide accurate Incident resolution and Service Request management, within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operating Level Agreement (OLA) time frames, meeting or exceeding customers’ requirements and expectations
Key Competencies and Skills:
• 10+ years of operations support experience of LAN and WAN Infrastructure. • Strong hands on experience in WAN, LAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP etc.) • Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT) • Extensive hands on experience in troubleshooting of VPN, MPLS and internet links. • Experience in customer operations incident handling is critical to this position. Must have experience in interacting and effectively communicating with clients. • Experience in troubleshooting any of the flavor SD-WAN products Viptela, Velocloud, Sliverpeak etc. • Understanding of 24x7 mission critical enterprise applications and the impact of service disruption on a company’s bottom line. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills • Should be keen to learn NEW strategic technologies such as NFV, SDN and SDWAN concepts. • Thorough Knowledge SD-WAN Edge devices, routing and communication protocols. • In-depth understanding of AT&T service lines such as AVPN, ADI AVTS, MRS, Flexware etc.
Education and Qualifications:
Engineering/ Graduation/ Diploma/Equivalent in Computer Science. • Preferred CCNP / CCDP or Equivalent • Preferred: CCIE or Equivalent
