Sr. Tech specialist will lead efforts that supports and enforces CSO security and compliance programs in the Chief Data Office. (CDO). The role is to liaise with CSO program partners to be a SME in assigned security and compliance programs so that a high level of support and assistance in driving compliance can be provided to CDO application contacts.

Position will understand the technical aspects of the supported security and compliance programs yet be able to communicate status to management and leadership in written form (process docs, emails, power point), analytical form (excel, Power BI), and verbally.

Compliance Program/s SME - liaise with CSO partners to be CDO's representative to drive and enforce security and compliance programs across CDO applications.

Support CDO application team needs as it relates to defined CSO Compliance programs. Includes direct program support, remediation consultation, training, issue analysis, reporting and issue escalation.

Create and communicate status reports to leadership. Helps establish organizational program goals, build implementation plans, and drives compliance.

Knowledge of data management systems; support and access facilities for searching, extracting, and formatting data for further use.

Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques.

Basic data governance and administration tools in an organization.

Possesses knowledge of tools and techniques for designing and implementing new processes.

Knowledge of Industry Standard Security, Data Protection, and Compliance Frameworks.
Knowledge of ASPR (AT&T's Security Policies) preferable
