Our Product Development group, part of AT&T’s Technology Services (ATS) organization, is responsible for building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customers love and need. Roles and Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for reviewing the long-term Salesforce enabled business roadmap for the multiple channels, ensuring that cross functional product, delivery, and business teams are working in concert to deliver business value
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Analyze, estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track the bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Work with the US-based leadership to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Coordinate with stakeholders and identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Primary / Mandatory skills:
Extensive engineering experience in quality assurance, with an emphasis on front-end and back-APIs and infrastructure, ideally a minimum of 8+ years
Must have SF Sales Cloud experience
Salesforce Application Automation is an added advantage
Hands on experience with UI & API Automation using Java
Experience in Test/Defect Management tool (Preferably in JIRA/Zephyr)
Exposure to Framework development
Good to have Telecom Domain/Ecommerce Application Exposure
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
Experience with CI/CD and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlabs, etc.)
Experience with configuration management systems (e.g., svn, git, etc.)
Experience with Linux and with Linux-based test applications and utilities (e.g., curl, netcat, etc.)
Experience with web applications servers and containers (e.g., Tomcat, Docker, etc.)
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Technical Skills: SF Sales Cloud, QA Automation, Jira, CICD, REST APIs, Any Programming Language
Additional information (if any): Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills.
Certification: AEM Content author or any relevant Content Implementor certifications (Good to have)
