Will work with cutting edge technologies while assuring uninterrupted availability and operation of AT&Ts Human Capital Management (HCM) Core product and integration layers. May design and implement disaster recovery procedures that integrate with broader disaster recovery plans from our SaaS provider. Will manage day-to-day operation, administration, support planning, environmental management and change management of the HCM landscape. Manage system and application tuning. This candidate will be an integrated member of a DevSecOps team and will leverage DSO architectures and tools such as Jenkins, Kuberetes, Docker, etc. Provides technical advice and troubleshooting for the services and components within the HCM and integrations framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Will work as an integral part of a DevSecOps team managing and maintain our HCM landscape of systems and integration technologies including environmental management, change management, operations oversight including production operations, security integrations, etc. May use automation tools. May be required to collaborate with other teams within the organization. Ability to mentor and lead less experienced developers is essential. Candidate will work very closely with Agile Scrum team and other DSO team members as well as Business System Analysts and Testers to ensure successful delivery and operations. Candidate must have real work experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in various domains, such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor. Background to include DevSecOps model and Agile methodology. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Human Capital Managements Systems, with heavy emphasis on Oracle HCM Cloud.

Required functional and technical skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud • Experience using My Oracle Support • Experience with HCM Security model • Experience in Camunda Workflow Automation • Experience with PL/SQL • Prior Experience with cloud technologies Preferred functional and technical skills: • Knowledge in microservices Architecture and Design Patterns • Kubernetes & Docker • Test Automation • Experience with Java/Javascript • Experience in REST or Webservices

Education and Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Additional Information:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Human Capital Managements Systems, with heavy emphasis on Oracle HCM Cloud.
