Roles and Responsibilities:
Management of timelines of both internal and external development teams providing sequencing of initiatives for the overall Value Stream. Provides status to the Business Initiative Lead for active initiatives (Assess through Implement phases). Management of process resources including the Business Initiative Lead (during the implementation phase of an initiative). Owning jeopardy and change management. Coordinate timelines and risk status within all innovations. Responsible for providing oversight to the Scrum Masters ensuring User Stories/Epics are completed on time and within budget (scrum of scrums meeting facilitation) coordinating any post implementation support. Ensure the Desk Level Procedures are written by the Process Engineers in accordance to the projected/required timeline
Key Competencies and Skills:
Fluent in English language; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write thorough product and process documentation Must have experience with ServiceNow
Education and Qualifications:
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering or Math
