SME (SDWAN) will focus on continuous operations, incident and problems of SDWAN Products, Cisco ENCS, Viptela, Sliverpeak Velocloud etc. Objective to work as a last resort for handling complex, critical and high severity issues. Work as single point of contact to internal teams, customer and provide exceptional support to handle end to end solution issues. Mentor and upskills tier 2/3 teams to handle operational incidents more efficiently and increase customer CSAT.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable of end to end assurance process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations. • Primary role to work as last resort of support for critical and high severity issues. • Creating and documenting Action Plans to drive problems to closure. • Work with customer, vendors and internal teams to prepare Service improvement plan for enhanced availability, reliability and resiliency of Customer SD-WAN Infrastructure. • Be A SPOC for technical communication for internal and external customers. • Train and Assist technical teams for speedy resolutions of incidents. • Work closely with the AT&T product teams to understand end to end solution and fulfill new technology functional requirements. • Provide technical leadership for network integration of multiple services with SD-WAN products. • Ability to solve incidents including which require research and extensive analysis.
Key Competencies and Skills:
• 14+ years of experience in design, implement and operational support of LAN and WAN Infrastructure. • Strong hands on experience in WAN, LAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, WIFI, IPT and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP etc.) • Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT) • Experience in customer operations incident handling is critical to this position. Must have experience in interacting and effectively communicating with clients. • Experience in troubleshooting any of the flavor SD-WAN products Viptela, Velocloud, Sliverpeak etc. • Understanding of 24x7 mission critical enterprise applications and the impact of service disruption on a company’s bottom line. • Should be keen to expand technical and non-technical knowledge. • Thorough Knowledge SD-WAN Edge devices, routing and communication protocols. • Independent, self-driven and highly customer focused • In-depth understanding of AT&T service lines such as AVPN, ADI AVTS, MRS, Flexware etc. • Proficient in techniques to understand the design of existing network architecture and guide team to resolve critical incidents. • Well versed in preparing network documentation (Microsoft Word and Visio). • Committed to expand technical and non-technical knowledge.
Education and Qualifications:
Required: CCNP / CCDP or Equivalent • Preferred: CCIE or Equivalent • Required: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
