Network Operations Principal

Serves as primary support of network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services, identifying sources of problems, and resolving configuration issues.
Monitor elements, fault identification and management, performance reporting, real-time performance tuning, and capacity planning and analysis.
Engages equipment and service vendors to support network operations.
Deliver service level reporting to client on performance.
Responds to and may implement client requests and notifies them of network problems and the impact on customer's business.
Acts on client's behalf in handling network problems and changes

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Operations Management function supports Lowe’s customer. The Operations Management function is responsible for: a) Managing and documenting AT&T’s overall operational performance. Conducting operations management leadership meetings. b) Escalating performance issues regarding the Services to the appropriate Lowe’s and/or AT&T point of contact(s). c) Overseeing Incident and problem management. Tracking chronic issues assess progress on remediation plans. d) Working with Lowe’s to drive process improvements and plan the implementation of such changes. e) Understanding Lowe’s strategic business direction, market and competitive environment. Develop account-specific plans on an annual basis. f) Providing a single point of contact for Lowe’s internal and external teams. Hosting regular Lowe’s service quality review calls. g) Establishing an advocacy process to address issues with the Services identified by Lowe’s

Education and Qualifications:

BS or MS Degree in Engineering, Math or Science preferred or equivalent related experience.

Additional Information:

Customer Facing Role. 5-7 years service delivery experience across all product lines. Extensive Customer Care Experience. Strong English Skills. Working Hours: (4PM - 1AM US EST) with flexibility to work out of hours when required to support customer needs. Salary for Slovakia from 3460 € gross per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.

Deadlines they are giving is very short period. So, always need to extend our times in the office and sometimes need to work on holidays.
