Basic Qualifications: •
- 15 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in global organizations at IAM Engineering leadership level
- 6+ years of experience with managing SailPoint IIQ engineering teams to establish a scalable and sustainable IGA solution to align with business objectives and risk reduction initiatives.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- This is a supervisory job responsible of leading Identity and Access Governance team and will work closely with the global IAM Leadership team based in US in this transformation journey. Supervises a team of Cybersecurity employees in ideation, testing, proof of concept and support for various cyber related projects.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the IGA solutions to cover the enterprise needs across AT&T business units across identity life cycle including access management, on-boarding of applications for authentication, authorization, certification, analytics, and reporting
- The person in this role will play a lead role in the Identity and Access Governance program for AT&T, including the overall design, engineering, deployment, and services.
- Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various IAM technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs both internal and external.
- This job has role may supervise contractors, vendors and or partners.
- Analysis of complex security issues and the development and engineering activities to help mitigate risk.
- Includes forward looking research, planning and strategy to strengthen our stance against future cyber security threats, and enhance our mitigation techniques and technology solutions.
- Maintain and mature current control solutions around IAM
- Partner with other functions within the cybersecurity organization and broader business units for seamless identity lifecycle management of individuals and resources.
- Work closely with Technology and business leaders to establish two way feedback mechanism that helps mature the digital identity transformation efforts.
- Stay engaged with market practices, and identify best practices in the further evolution of risk in IAM domain
- Deep domain expertise in IAM across engineering, risk management and services
Preferred skillset:
- Organizational Change Management Experience: The candidate should be comfortable driving people change and have a track record of successfully navigating organizational changes.
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying effective, large-scale IAM programs, working effectively with a broad group of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of applicable regulatory expectations on the design and deployment IAM solutions
- A clear record of strategic thinking, sound judgment and superior problem solving
- Flexible and creative thinker with strong execution skills, generate out-of-the-box solutions, manage ambiguity, anticipate the impact of decisions/initiatives and able to move seamlessly from high level concepts to details
- Proven project management skills and experience'
Certifications:
- CISSP, CISM, or relevant industry certifications.
