Manages the network, operations and systems that process customer payments via paper, electronic or in-person channel. Handles remittance functions such as negotiation/administration of bank remittance suppliers, monitoring/reporting on quality of third party processors and interfacing with offer/development managers to implement new or revised services & billing systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The cash allocation analyst is responsible for (but not limited to) daily cash creation and allocation of customer payments received in the Asia Pac region, working with internal partners and customers to identify remittance instructions for payments received, support refund process and annual audit requirements

Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in Accounts Receivable
