AT&T has a challenging career opportunity for a Program Manager Specialist having experience with both the USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) and Cyber Defense Operations. This employee will manage a diverse staff of technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) providing professional services to a USAF customer, focused on the coordination and employment of Cyberspace Defense elements, policy, and procedures for ACC. This employee will be the primary interface between the government customer and our team of SMEs, managing, administrating, and executing the assigned contract. The position will require visibility with high level decision makers at Air combat command. This is an opportunity to lead a new effort, bringing commercial cyber security best practices to the defense of our nation. Team building and long term execution are key elements to this job, presenting a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

This position requires up to 25% travel.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing programs and personnel
- Experience as senior manager of a small organization (min. 30 personnel), with responsibility for requirements and personnel
- Technical background with USAF Cyberspace Operations
- Strong understanding of USAF mission; specifically missions associated with ACC
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong collaboration skills

Required Clearance: Top Secret with eligibility. Must have held an active TS/SCI position within the past 24 months. Candidate must be willing to take a polygraph as required.

Desired: - PMP or equivalent documented experience - DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level-1 Certification or equivalent experience
