DescriptionResponsible for securing appropriate system management and Staffing process controls in order to assure the proper completing of Staffing process.
Responsible for managing and controlling administrative system (ERP) which includes, candidate account movement, creation of electronic forms, system audit and data update within the selection process.
Responsible to collect and organize candidates documents as required for Background Check process /Vendor. FOllow up on cases and secure results are up loaded in the system.
Act as Point of Contact for candidates to provide follow up, information regarding BGC process and evaluations results.
Able to import data from ERP and work on Excel matrix to deliver reports as well as update reports in intranet as required
Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Excel and PC skills and related applications, including spreadsheets. Able to work in a non-structured environment.
QualificationsDirectly influences and contributes to staffing goals.
Acts as a trusted partner by giving strategic inputs.
Sets clear staffing expectations.
University degree desirable
1 year of related experience.
Proven database mining and system management skills
