As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, you’ll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting customers with billing issues, technical questions, or just providing general help regarding their service. You’ll accomplish all of this using various tools and systems, as well as through your research savvy and resolution skills.

Loyalty (Retention)

As a Representative in a Loyalty Call Center, you’ll use an empathetic ear to deliver strong conflict resolution and relationship building skills to retain our valued customers. You will use your talents to offer customized solutions and transform a frustrated exchange to a best-in-class customer experience.

About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as an expert in AT&T’s full suite of products and services. You’ll handle everything from general customer inquiries to billing issues and technical questions – you’ll even proactively provide solutions that meet our customers needs. Success in this role will require you to exhibit a quick-thinking, solution-oriented mindset as you work with various tools and systems to enable first call resolution. You’ll need to remain calm under pressure as you receive and place calls that may not be routine; all the while maintaining and cultivating relationships with customers who may be frustrated with our products or services.

You may also be required to:
• Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not limited to: voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.
• Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software & applications.
• Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues.
• Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters.

We prefer that you have:
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
• Familiarity with Windows computers
• An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance

We’ll provide on-the-job paid training and resources in a supportive environment that encourages your professional growth. We also offer a competitive compensation package. Customer Service Representatives start between $14.51 and $17.05 per hour.  Additional financial incentives are currently available based on performance AND you receive an automatic pay increase every 6 months of active service up to top pay!!  Based on performance, you can earn an additional $3000/mo. (average is $1000-1600 additional per month).

You’ll also gain an amazing benefits package with medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and paid time off. Rounding out these benefits and perks we also provide 50% employee discount on:

Required Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age
• 6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
• Qualification on pre-employment screening

Special Job Requirements
• Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours. Overtime may be required
