It all starts with a great paycheck:  Advanced Technical Support Specialists pay up to $16.11 per hour based on experience and education. Scheduled increases every six months can increase earnings up to a maximum pay of $20.95 per hour ($43,576 yearly)!

Our award-winning team of Advanced Technical Support Specialists assist our customers by helping identify and resolve technical issues, offering solutions to maximize value and identify opportunities to ensure a great customer experience every time!
What does it take to help our customers with their advanced technical inquiries? It all starts with YOU! A great attitude, the desire to continually learn and stay up to date on technology and the latest devices and outstanding communication skills. In this role, you’ll come up with unique individual solutions to help our customers. Whether you’re answering inbound customer calls, transferred calls or reviewing detailed customer cases, you’ll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers. And we will be there to support you every step of this exciting journey!
