in DoD networks. Must be able to work with MS environment with strong
working knowledge of Server Administration. Experience with Linux
servers and systems. Work with the Network Operations Center to maintain
the LAN. Must follow internal IA guidelines. Includes documenting
system requirements, creating application designs, writing security
plans, validating high level designs to ensure accuracy and completeness
against the business requirements and programming the solutions.
Resolves design issues and develop strategies to make ongoing
improvements that support system flexibility and performance. Assesses
the technical feasibility of new technologies to enable integration into
existing processes. The hiring authority will tailor the required
skills based on the candidate’s experience.
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance mandatory. DCID 6/4.
Meeting the customer’s security requirements is mandatory for this
position, including CompTIA Security Plus cert.
Desired: Minimum of 7 years’ experience. CISSP a Plus. MS Certified a plus. Experience with RMF processes highly desired.
