Overall Purpose:
Define and manage the cross-platform UX strategy roadmap, the experience evaluation framework and principles that guide the user experience design and ensure the solutions deliver against key business metrics

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of the video and Broadband customer and communicate to Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure a focus on customer needs
• Create and communicate short and long term strategy and roadmap for the evolution of the User Experience across platforms that aligns with the product roadmap, supports the broader AT&T Design vision and delivers on the broader organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with other teams within AT&T to ensure alignment around product and customer insight communication
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with the Product Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure full support and alignment with the UX strategy, product strategy and feature prioritization
• Evolve the overarching experience evaluation framework that should inform and guide the user experience design in order to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms and works with the designers to apply it to projects
• Manage a budget and liaise with partner agencies

Minimum Job Qualifications:
• 7+ years of product/UX experience with an emphasis on driving strategy efforts
• BA or BS in business, social science or related area
• Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus
• Candidate must have examples of how they have clearly defined ROI with past projects
