Not only will we be the first carrier to deploy mobile 5G at the end of 2018, we also have the nation’s largest and most reliable network and the best network for video streaming.

We are looking for a dynamic lead marketing manager to develop our overall 5G story and launch marketing plans that promote that story.  The candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive, strategic marketing strategies in partnership with PR, Advertising and the Network Marketing team to motivate customer to choose AT&T for their wireless and entertainment needs.  Details of the position include:

  • Guide strategic message development and manage creative execution through internal and external partners
  • Analyze customer usage and industry data to refine marketing programs
  • Interface regularly with the network product and channel management teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal marketing teams (i.e. brand, CLM, retail marketing) and secure support for Network (5G) related marketing projects 
  • Manage external vendors/agencies ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work
  • Develop detailed work plans and conduct project meetings
  • Oversee direct marketing communications and/or programs
  • Partner w/legal on disclaimers
  • Review competitor landscape to identify network positioning options
  • Collaborate with att.com team on strategy for product pages
  • Prepare presentations for executive read-outs
  • Conduct research to understand consumer insights


Additional Information:

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ professional experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related area preferred
  • Understanding of wireless industry and key wireless operating metrics
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements
  • Proven ability to hit launch milestones and manage issues that arise
  • Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations, including device teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications
  • Ability to travel based on the needs of the business
