Key Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is excellent at customer segmentation, project management, and process improvement.

Details

  • Work closely with internal and agency partners to craft email, SMS, and bill media for the wireless base with the goal of effectively onboarding customers at key transition points in their lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with our strategy team to identify pockets of customer with high churn and develop marketing strategies to test on them extensively.
  • Partner with business analytics to design and analyze your campaigns with the aim of constant iteration and improvement.
  • You should be organized and detail-oriented and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a very operationally heavy role and will most likely be dedicated 80% of the time to service-related mobility issues.

This role is located in El Segundo, CA; however, other locations may be considered.


Minimum:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong wireless experience
  • Excellent marketing communication skills both written and oral need to know how to effectively communicate with our current wireless base
  • Operationally savvy and able to work on all service-related issues
  • Highly motivated & results driven
  • Excellent communication including written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive within a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
